Sophisticated direct selling e-commerce solution for online water analysis and treatment company

In its quest to become the best online water analysis and treatment platform in the Czech Republic, the company wanted to build a new digital e-commerce platform for customers from B2B and B2C sector. We had to prepare development strategy for this new online sales channel, which should served as fully end-to-end online solution. Clients should be able to order all products online, using various delivery options (branch visit, courier service, courier service with different pick up and delivery address). In less than a year after launch, the Vodatest.cz project generated an annual turnover of over CZK 10,000,000.

The main goal was to come up with the idea how to connect this complex online solution with offline branches (company has more over than 47 branches in the Czech Republic) and make the online order process still easy, intuitive with maintaining a high conversion rate.

For this purpose we developed our own search module connected with Google Maps to allow clients fast search and visualize the nearest branches. When user successfully selects the nearest branch office, it is used as predefined delivery option in the order process.

Beside the fact that it received a new and fresh graphic appearance, it is also fully responsive. We sketched whole graphical layout in RWD technology and not only adapted its appearance but also the functionality to individual types of mobile devices to allow clients use the client’s website on their tablets and smart phones easier and faster.

Information architecture and site site is SEO-friendly, ensuring a search engine can easily crawl and understand site content. Site is having also its own blog and content for all pages (homepage, services, branches details etc.) is fully editable from the backend CMS (content management system).

We also provided copywriting and content management services for this project.

The Vodatest.cz project was launched in less than six months as of the job assignment. New web activation was also supported by the PPC campaign. In less than a year after launch, the Vodatest.cz project generated an annual turnover of over CZK 10,000,000.
